Sleep Challenge


Your body needs a certain amount of sleep every night to function properly.

Sleep has an impact on every function of the body, including skin health, stress levels, and weight! 

Commit 30 days to better sleep - and  better health - with the 30 Day Sleep Challenge! 


  • Set a bedtime and go to bed and wake up each day at the same time. 
  • Sleep for at least 7 hours each day. 
  • 4-6 hours before bed: Do not eat or drink anything with caffeine.
  • 30-60 minutes before bed: Turn off all electronics/screens (no TV or phone). 
  • Don’t use the snooze button - wake up at your set time.  
  • Don’t perform any “wakeful activities” in your bed/bedroom. Do not bring work into the bed, no watching TV or talking on the phone. (Your bedroom is reserved for sleep and sex only this month).
