March Challenge: Spring Clean Your Body!
With the Spring season approaching, it's a great time to Spring Clean our Bodies as well.
Try to commit to doing these 3 things all month long:
1. Drink half your body weight in ounces a day. (ex: if you weigh 150 lbs, then you would consume 75oz of water)
2. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.
3. Exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes.
